1. Orders

  • By placing an order, customers confirm that all provided details such as name, phone number, and address are correct.
  • Orders may be refused or cancelled if products are unavailable or order details cannot be verified.

2. Products

  • All products are freshly prepared.
  • Product appearance, quantity, or decoration may slightly differ from website images.
  • Product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Prices

  • All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees).
  • Prices may change anytime, but customers will be charged the price shown at the time of placing the order.

4. Payments

  • Payments are accepted through UPI, Cards, and Razorpay-supported payment methods.
  • Orders may be cancelled if payment fails, is incomplete, or is reversed.

5. Pickup

  • Orders must be collected from: Jyoti Nagar Society, Prabhat Nagar, Waghodia, Vadodara.
  • Pickup timings are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
  • No refunds are provided after an order is confirmed or prepared.
  • Return orders are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Any exceptional refund will be at Coco Berry’s sole discretion, such as failed payments or cancellation from our side.

7. Allergies & Ingredients

  • Products may contain or come into contact with nuts, milk, soy, gluten, and other allergens.
  • Customers are responsible for checking ingredient and allergy information before ordering.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must not misuse the website or place fake orders.
  • Any attempt to harm, disrupt, or misuse the website is prohibited.

9. Privacy

  • Basic customer information such as name, phone number, and email may be collected for order processing and pickup.
  • Personal information is not sold to third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Coco Berry may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • The latest version will always be available on the website.
